In a freeroll, any donk might call with any two cards. (I use the term donk quite loosely, a good player might donk out and call with any two cards if he's been playing in a similar tourney and got on tilt.) Given this, you have to decide who this player is. If you don't wish to think about it, survival instinct in the situation kicks in. Thinking man's possible hands he might hold:
aa,kk,qq,jj,1010,99,88,77,66,55,44,33,22,j10,qj,a-x,k-x and so on and so forth... TThe hands that should scare you at this point in the tourney, are: higher pairs than yours, two over cards, an overcard with a pair or suited/unsuited connectors that match the flop. Given the nature of the tourney, I have seen, and indeed have even myself, slowplay of higher pairs. This doesn't happen very often, but without any guidemark, you're about a 60-40 favorite at this point, is 1.65 to 1 a good bargain for your chips?
(freerolls are just like any other MTT, you have to make it to the money and doubling up early is irrelevant if you don't make it past the first hand.)
