Quick Question About PokerStars SnG Hand History

Recently I've noticed that my pokerstars Hand History files are either transported or deleted after a little while.
I have "Save hand history" ticked, also put the limit on about 700+ days, and I save my HH to the map Pokerstars/Hand History.
While I'm playing they are all there, but when I close Holdem Manager the notepad files are suddenly gone.. why is this?
It never happened before, last time I wanted to run some HHs through SngWiz it failed to found any.. anyone know how to fix this?

I think Holdem Manager automatically archives old HH's...Click edit on your auto import folders, it may show where files are going to.
