Default Ugly spot for a SG player in a MTT

    Hi all,

Lately I've been playing mostly 10 max SGs. Eventually, I like to play some freerolls, because it offer the chance of getting some free money. Asides from that, I think MTTs can improve my game a lot, since the table is almost always full and you have to adjust your game to different situations along the game.

This spot was a bit weird for me, since I usually play 10 max SGs. Villain was loose aggressive (29/29) and he had folded twice to all in reraises. In this spot, I pushed, but I wonder if this is a reasonable play. If not...what is better: folding, calling or raising?

    No-Limit Hold'em, $100.00 BB (10 handed) - Hold'em Manager Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    Hero (UTG+2) ($1710)
    MP1 ($2360)
    MP2 ($1035)
    MP3 ($3950)
    CO ($3512.50)
    Button ($1700)
    SB ($6637.50)
    BB ($4505)
    UTG ($6272.50)
    UTG+1 ($1155)

    Preflop: Hero is UTG+2 with 9, 9
UTG bets $300, 1 fold, Hero???

Vs. a 29/29 I'd shove happily this shortstacked. Even if you assume he tightens up slightly UTG you're still 55% vs. his range. Really we're looking for a call.

    this.

You either want a call with a made hand or you don't.

The only line I could see just CC is if villain rarely 3x pf. If they have been wild with pf bets and then all of a sudden becomes structured I would be a little more worried. However, even against a "temporarily structured" lagg id still shove here based on my stack size.
