    Default how much to bet ?

    Standard situation:

    in UTG,
    blinds 100/200,
    2200 chips,
    u dealt AJs or 88,
    6-7 players remaining.
    your and table image is average.

    Now your dilemma is how much to bet or whether to fold.
    Consider the fact if some1 will put you all-in, you have a plan to muck your hand (or not ??).

    You should either shove or fold...

    If this is a turbo I am stacking off all day with either.

    I can see an argument for folding AJs but not 88 ever. AJs doesn't do very well against the average calling range of the rest of the table but 88 is still a favourite against AKs-.

    I'd shove both hands. Don't standard raise here for the reason you point out. Without running through SNG Wiz, both hands are about the worst hands that I would shove in this spot (maybe AJo and 77 are shoves).

    In the situation you describe, fold this. If you don't have it, get SNG Wiz, it will help you analyse all these sorts of situations.
