Seems fine. It's kind of transparent that you have a draw but I don't they'll have a hand that can call often enough for that to even matter. I would not expect either villain to fold 66 though.

yeah if you think BU will make like a < HPS c bet a check raise is maybe better since like mcat said this looks like what it is. But if you don't know or he usually makes closer to pot size c bets he'll be committed anyway. Plus you have back door straight draws galore!

46k already in the pot on the flop, I like a shove. Gives them a chance to fold a pair, or AKish hand, which is huge. Stacks aren't really deep enough to check-raise, since we'll often have no fold equity after someone bets.
Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.

I think your range/stats matter here. I would never open shove this flop if I didnt have a pretty tight table image...I am also not a big fan of over betting the pot but that doesnt mean it cant be +ev.

    Ok, ty for the thoughts.
My table image was tight agressive so far (stats like 20/16/ 3)
I do understand that open shove looks like what it is but if you are in that pot w AhTh or KhTh etc. would nt u push to protect?
    options on the original hand:
    1) fold preflop (passive ???)
    2) c/c flop (dont know what to do w 30k behind w missed turn)
    3)c/f flop
4)c/r flop (like drmcboy said hes committed anyway w he c- bet)
    5)open shove

C/R gives you a bit more fold equity...with TPTK you would bet to protect but idk how often you would just open shove for 2x the pot.

I could for sure see an argument made for folding pre as this exact situation should be in your head when thinking "What is my plan for the hand when I CC this bet?". Not to mention villain is the short stack and you want to allow for tons of opportunities to gain his equity.
