Default 25BB Deep In 6.50$ - AKs Facing 25BB Shove

6.50$ SnG on PokerStars - 2 Tables. Down to the last 9 players.

Villain was 25/21 over 54 hands. My trial on SNG Wiz expired so I can't run it through(going to purchase it soon), but in the heat of the battle what would you do here?
In cashgames it would be an obvious snapcall, but taking ICM into account is calling here +EV?

    No-Limit Hold'em, $200.00 BB (9 handed) - Hold'em Manager Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    Button ($2960)
    Hero (SB) ($5145)
    BB ($1095)
    UTG ($3405)
    UTG+1 ($2300)
    MP1 ($3315)
    MP2 ($5175)
    MP3 ($1315)
    CO ($2290)

Preflop: Hero is SB with ,
    2 folds, MP1 calls $200, MP2 bets $5175 (All-In), 3 folds, Hero ?

I'm pretty sure it's -ev here because your behind against any 22+ and alot of times here I run into KK trying to get shorter stacks to call. Also because its a call your losing your fold equity, if you pushed its a good play but if you call its not the best. If it were down to 5 or 6 players i would be making this call but with a full table your most likely in a race and behind by 5% or so.

I ran this in Wiz and assuming that the limper limps very wide but only calls two shoves with JJ+, AK, and the shover has 44+, A8s+, ATo+ this is very -EV. I'd need a read that the shover was a maniac who had shoved total rubbish in the past to call here.
