Default $5 - 3 hands vs overbetting villain

All 3 hands are against the same villain. No reads for this 1st hand as it is the first time villain opened since I sat at this table a few orbits ago:

    Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em Tournament, 100/200 Blinds (9 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    CO (t8838)
    Button (t17803)
    Hero (SB) (t9920)
    BB (t7326)
    UTG (t8196)
    UTG+1 (t8275)
    MP1 (t8545)
    MP2 (t3010)
    MP3 (t1580)

    Hero's M: 33.07

Preflop: Hero is SB with 10, 10
6 folds, Button bets t1600, Hero??

Villain has not opened much since hand 1 but the 2 or 3 times he has it has been huge and he showed QQ after everyone mucked to his 14xbb raise last orbit.

    Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em Tournament, 200/400 Blinds 50 Ante (9 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    Hero (Button) (t12803)
    SB (t3726)
    BB (t12501)
    UTG (t4970)
    UTG+1 (t13499)
    MP1 (t3215)
    MP2 (t3063)

    Hero's M: 12.19

Preflop: Hero is Button with 10, 10
    2 folds, MP1 calls t400, 2 folds, CO bets t16108 (All-In), Hero??

Since that hand villain has been open shoving/reshoving a bit more frequently and has taken down several pots pre, having only shown down JJ, QQ, KK, AA, & AKs when he got looked up (not kidding). Now we are playing hand for hand when this last one comes up:

    Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em Tournament, 300/600 Blinds 75 Ante (8 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    MP2 (t26882)
    CO (t28870)
    Hero (Button) (t9178)
    SB (t7563)
    BB (t15755)
    UTG (t8271)
    UTG+1 (t3597)
    MP1 (t6477)

    Hero's M: 6.12

Preflop: Hero is Button with K, A
    4 folds, CO bets t28795 (All-In), Hero??

I am also curious how you adjust to such a villain as I have not come across many that play like this without showing down marginal hands and bluffs much more often than premiums. He only limped once and called a raise 2 times, but every other time he VPIP it was a massive raise, shove, or reshove. I mean I kept thinking that he can't possibly have another big hand, but he did every time he showed down it was bizarre.

    Hand 1

Often this could be a misclick since many peoples standard is t600. Regardless, I'd a) shove or b) reraise and shove any flop

    Hand 2

I guess fold given your read that he's been tight and has shown his massive opens can be QQ+. Without any reads I would call and not expect villain to ever have QQ-AA

    Hand 3

Instacall. With <20BBs, your not allowed to fold to a CO shove when you have AK

As far as adjusting to this type...it seems easy. Fold to his massive shoves without very strong hands and assume his limps and standard raises are weak.

    H1: I shove over
H2: I would probably call...based on your read, it seems like he just want to be unexploited.
    H3: Yeah, insta-call.

but TBO what fjuanl says is probably right.
