MP3 knows you're super-weak here, hence his range should be pretty wide even with this crazy board. I do and see shit like this all the time in my live game.

edit: Actually, I'd bet something like $3 or $4 on the flop since a shove would be silly. Flops like this SCREAM for an under-bet or over-bet.
