Default $11 6-man: Bet out river?

    Hi,

I was just wondering whether I should bet out this river, check/call or check/fold? At the time I was thinking the only reason he could still be in the hand was chasing the nut flush. Although possibly he didn't put me on a made flush seeing as I bet straight out at the flop - a lot of people would check-raise the flop.

If I bet out at the river, surely the only hands calling have me beaten, unless he feels he's committed.
If I check and he moves all-in, is it an easy call?

No reads, sorry. It wouldn't let me post URLs either with <10 posts, so I couldn't do a proper conversion. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

I suppose if you're afraid of the A or K of clubs, but I probably get 500 out as a value bet. The board hasn't paired, so you've got the third nuts.
