Default 200nl, flopped set, raising is marginal?

Opponent is ponchoko, 17/14 solid reg who's positionally aware. His utg range is obv tight. Is raising the flop marginal? If his continuing range is TT+ and AK, we're a 2:1 dog. You guys think this range is accurate?

well my thought is you're only getting value from TT and that's not certain, but he'll surely ship QQ/AK on you.

Looking at it,raising the flop does put us in a position where only better hands call/raise and worse hands folds. If I were to raise, ill fold to his 3bet especially with the reads given.
