Default $10.40 DON - Standard fold spot?

This seems like a standard fold to me. Wiz can't analyse this I suspect because UTG is so short. It gives a warning about a significant part of the player action tree being pruned.

    PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, 10.4 Tournament, 200/400 Blinds 40 Ante (6 handed) - Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    SB (t1750)
    BB (t1230)
    UTG (t775)
    MP (t7600)
    Hero (CO) (t1930)
    Button (t1715)

    Hero's M: 2.30

Preflop: Hero is CO with A, 3
    UTG bets t735 (All-In), MP calls t735, Hero ??

There's no reason to play this hand at all. There are 6 players left and the short stack has gone all-in. I think I understand why you'd want to play it, because the more people in the hand, the more likely the short stack will get knocked out. But look at it this way, you're the second highest stack and only one of the 4 remaining short stacks needs to get knocked out for you to be ITM. You should probably even fold AA here.
