I'm pretty sure an over-aggro as described could find a shove with JT/9T

    Questions to me are:

    1) How long have you been playing 4 handed? Also, positionally is his VPIP consistent or is he playing any 2 OTB (that makes his value shoving range that we beat wider obviously). I see 31 VPIP listed, but is that from playing 6 handed, or is that data from playing 4 handed with him?

    2) i'd have to take a lot into account his 'aggro history' we are referring to. When someone says that on FTR I'm not always totally sure what they mean, I'd need a better explanation. some people seem aggressive pre and on flop, but never seem to bluff many turns or rivers. some people bluff all the streets except the river. what have you seen that is considered aggro? have you actually seen him showdown big bluffs on dry boards?

against some "aggro" players I'd certainly call if that adds more bluffs to his range here (but its not really a good spot to be bluffing). Honestly for me it comes down to how wide he is calling the button right now, and how he plays his big hands. If he's playing the button really wide, there are a ton of combos he might value shove we beat. My first gut instinct was to fold here, but considering the pot odds and a potential wide value range from the button I possibly call. Need a little more info on villain

it seems like you pretty much have to call since the hands that beat you play this way a small frequency of the time.

I agree with Renton though, its hard to believe he'd vbet anything worse.

You don't think 22/AT/KT take this line? If not, what would be the better line with those hands in villain's shoes?

I agree here. I also vomit here, and click a button. His value shoving range is pretty narrow, but it's like everytime I call here, they have it. I kinda want to fold, but don't think I would.

1)Table has been fluctuating between 6 and 5 handed... then it had recaently dropped to 4. His stats are from mostly 6 handed tho.

2)Hes been aggro everywhere... mostly preflop because I dont have too many hands with him that went past pre-flop and flop. I did see him bluff raise a K turn barrel with A hi against another "reg".

    You and me both man.

Well unless you had a feeling going into betting the river that he's tough enough to turn A9s into a bluff sometimes then easy fold. Another thing to consider is that after we make this river bet in a pot that started multiway we are not even remotely near the top of our range, probably close to the lower quartile.
My bankroll is the amount of money I would spend or lose before I got a job. It is calculated by adding my net worth to whatever I can borrow.

I would probably play every hand worth shoving on the river this way? If I have 22/AT I basically don't fear getting outdrawn here on the flop, would like to have him continue barreling if he's bluffing and shove river in case he has trips

this player does seem like the type to typically raise flop with those hands though.
