Default 27-man tourney, KK on the bubble. Scary turn..

What would you do here? This is on the bubble of a 27-man regular tourney. 6 left, pays 5. I've been aggro lately, won previous 2 hands without showdowns. Villain is 22/10 over 128 hands.

call and if this was a hard choice just shove over on flop. I don't mind the smaller bet but not if you want to fold now.

Shove over on flop instantly. As played you cant fold.

you have to call at this point since you have 3100 left and there is over 16k in the pot you now have over 5:1 on your money.

I don't mind the smallish raise on the flop, but you have to be prepared to call off the rest of your chips in this situation.

A flop shove is fine if you think this player is always calling w/ lower pairs and flush draws. If they are a fishy player who might be bluffing I think calling the flop bet and getting the rest of the chips in on the turn or min-raising the flop bet is the best play.

Yeah, of course I wasn't folding, and didn't fold. And now I realize shoving over on the flop would have been best. Villain called my bet with only a gutshot draw + A hi, and he got there at the turn. Was a bit of a surprise hand..

yeah, you played it well, sometimes there's not much you can do.

I find that players who lead flops from the blinds in these situations often have a very weak hand or weak draw.

Now that I look at the stack sizes again a shove is best.

After villian bets 2000 into 2750, the pot is at 4750. You can put in a nice pot sized raise here for exactly the rest of your stack and take down that 4750 or have the villian stack off w/ a gutshot and overcard - both results are great for you.
