I'd raise a little more preflop from the SB, I make it 100 to go.

As played, maybe I'm too aggressive but I most likely shove over on the flop. Short of flopping two pair or better this is about the best flop that you can hope for with AQ. I agree that a TAGG can play a set like this, but I don't think that those are the only hands he/she has here (think KQ, JQ, 77-TT, combo draw, etc.) Heck, he could just be trying to snap off your c-bet.

As you played, I don't understand why you checked the turn, I would lead out again for 2/3 pot or so. After you check, this is a tough spot since he clearly likes his hand to fire again, but I don't think folding is an option. I'd call and see what the river brings.

I would shove over, while you may have run into a set or slowplayed aces there are tons of hands that you beat, I think you have to shove over rather then call since you cannot give a free card away with all the draws out there

if im calling the turn arent i pretty much commited, so wouldnt i rather just c/f or c/push the turn and put the decision to him??

i agree a push on the flop would have been the best play here, but after just calling isnt the only option to check and see his play on the turn. if i bet out 2/3 of pot hes only calling/pushing having me dominated

i agree if you mean shove over the flop, which i think you mean anyway. its prolly the best line. once calling his min raise i pretty put myself in a real tough spot. i took my hole bank and convinced myself he had a set or an overpair. i kinda wanted to see his play on the turn.
