it's not terrible to fold here.

turn almost never improves his range but could improve yours.

I just want to make sure I understand. If Villain is aware of this and continues to bet it means ___________ ?

Calling and folding the river unimproved is a viable play, as you'll almost never be folding the best hand. You're hoping to get free show down somehow and / or win the pot (possibly by sucking out) and get a better sense of how he plays if you think it's worth it. Still, folding the turn is probably best in a vacuum.

I can't say I'd ever fold the turn especially when brings more draws and its blind vs blind.

this is one of those spots wheer we have to use reads and internet forum might not be suitable. I don't honestly think we can tell each other what to do in this type of spot without a good sense of villain on the turn on such a drawy board... you're going to hear a variety of responses, mostly based on how each player plays this spot in respect to their image, not yours'... especially BvB

however vs. this specific villain i fold due to our reads that he is tight, this is not the best possible board texture to call weak TP and pray for value vs a nit

    is raising the flop dumb?
as played we look like all kinds of draws/almost ATC, I'd have to call turn as played because of this.

it is. raising flop is prob the easier way to play this hand, surely not the most profitable. He may fold QJ/JT maybe KJ if he´s that tight, other than that he folds junk or jams whatever´s ahead or flipping with us.
