Default 100NL, a golden hand turned into trash on the river

villian BT is a 17/13/2.7 regular. His 3 bet% is 5% . Fold to cbet% is only 48%. mp3 is 15/10/2.3( fold to 3 bet% is 48%). I have tons of equity before the river but a shitty card just fell on the table. Should i shove and turn my trash hand into a thin bluff? If so, it might fold out his medium-strength hands like 99-QQ, A8s,89s,87s but trip Ts in his range. Also, i can see the merit of c/f vs this guy. c/c i think is too thin &loose though. I made a note on this player saying that he even called my small cbet with a bottom pair in a 3 bet pot.

Got to be a c/f imo. HE can put you on a missed draw and look you up slightly wider anyway, besides the fact that he has loads of Ts in his range.
