    Default telephone call from Titan Poker offering me cash to play

    I just had a telephone call from Titan, I'm assuming the customer service / accounts department, asking me why I haven't been playing on their site lately, and offering me free money to go and play.

    They only offered me $10, but there was no catch, no deposit needed, they just wanted me to log on and play poker. They said as soon as I log on, open up the online support IM and ask for it, and I would get it.

    Thought this was a bit odd. Anyone else experienced anything like that?

    They gave me $30 a while ago out of the blue. Not odd at all.

    I had the phone call as well.$10 to play there.I aint played there in months.I think i unistalled it of my computer

    Speaking of which, I think Ia still have like $20 on both AP and UB from promotions like this a while back.

    I've heard anecdotal evidence that some of the smaller sites are doing it tough in the downturn and that the market leaders (ie. Stars and Tilt) are pulling away from the pack.

    I had a couple of calls from Titan like this ages ago. The last few times they've just e-mailed though, and said some free money has been added to my account. When I log on, the amount pops up in a little box, and is then added to my bankroll.

    Well i decided to give titan poker another chance and reinstalled their software,seen as they want to give me free money.I logged in eventually after the client wasnt recognising my log in details for a couple of days of trying on and off.It eventually took my password which was the same id been typijg in all the time

    There was no "free" $10 in my account.I fired up the live chat with my question,for which there was no reply for 15 mins.Fired up the live chat again later on ,same agin no response justme talking to myself

    Finally i gave up and emailed them and they informed me that the offer had to have been taken up within 48 hours of the telephone call
    So all in all i was pretty hacked off with their service and attitude so ive told them to shut my account.

    Same here, waited for afes for the suport guys who never responded.
