Default QQ with K on the flop

Villian is running 22/7. He seems to be tight but in a previous hand he raised, reraised AI on the turn with KQo and Q high board against a limper who turned over AA, and lost a big pot.

I'm leaning towards a shove pre, hoping to take advantage of any tilt he may be on. If he's tilting, he'll call us wider. I've never been comfortable 3betting vs peoples UTG ranges.

I'd probably bet the flop and get it in. As played, his range is heavy on the K side, sooooo, ummmmm....

I like checking the flop with my whole range and inducing bluffs. He only has 3300 left on the flop and I'm not willing to fold just because the flop is Kxx. Randoms are betting any PP on this flop and doing a good amount of bluffing too

I think people are confused, I assume the read posted is re:CO (he cold called our 3 bet), not UTG (who min raised and folded). We have 5k behind and CO covers.

I like the check and I would probably just call and obv not fold from here. But if you shove over it's just enough he might decide to hero fold 66 or something.

Yeah I misread that, thought it was UTG who called. Its a lot more annoying now

I don't know why CO isn't in red, but yeah CO called and UTG folded preflop.

I would call. so I could see the turn... If he bets big again then I would fold. For fear he did hit the king

    raise to 2500 pre.

As played I am not folding and don't see a huge difference between calling and reshoving.

misread that one too. Good catch.

I knew it; there was a problem with my raise preflop. As chardrian suggested I could have made it more but I don't want them to fold; I want action.

I checked the flop to play on the safe side and see his reaction after his cold call of 3-bet. If he had AA,KK he would have reraised pre since, he is not kind of a tricky guy as we know from the read in the op. He might even shove AK, since he will still have 50BB left even if he loses. Also his bet sizing on this drawish flop looks like a steal. I took a few seconds and shoved. He thought for a few seconds and called with his 88.

    Thanks for the comments.

don't see a problem with the 3bet size given the stacks, and i'd either c/r here or c/c c/c
