    Default October SnG Graphs.

October has been pretty frustrating, and apart from the first and last few days of the month, I couldn't win a flip. I've taken time after each session the last couple of weeks though, to review hands in WIZ. This is something I'd been getting lazy with. I'm really pleased to finish the month in profit.

All games are around the $10 buy-in, and I was mainly 6-tabling, although I did drop down to 4 tables when things weren't going too well.

    Total Profit: $55

Tough month for me. Including the break-even stretch at the end of last month, I had my longest break-even stretch of 1000 games.

    Anyway, $450 profit 15 - 17 tabling the $10.40 DONs and $6.50 turbo's.

I know it's a pretty small sample size, but yeah, I just couldn't get a hand to hold when I had all my chips in the middle. I kept hearing a little voice in my head saying, "Don't play SnGs... Don't play SnGs." I'm sure it was drmcboy.

I am finally going to take his advice this month, and try some MTTs.

Are you finding this number of tables optimum these days?

Pretty mad that I don't think we've ever sat at the same table. Less regs at the DONs = more +EV I think

Rage what is the red line in your graph? Is it the EV of your play?

I can 15-table the $6.50's, although I want to expand to up to 20 tables before shifting to the $16's.

I dropped a few DON tables when I was finding the going tough. I can't quite seem to find my balance in these at the moment, so one of three things is happening; I'm getting worse, the competition is getting stiffer as more players adjust, I'm just hitting a spot of variance.

What are your thoughts on the difficulty of these at the moment?

I only play the $10s (normal speed) and I still think they're very soft. I'm only 4-tabling so my win rate is bound to be affected as I add more but this only about my ability to adjust.

I'm thinking about trying the $20s at some point.
