    Villian is a loose guy. Should I c-bet? Am I already committed?

    Ugly spot. If you c-bet this flop you are basically turning your kings into 72o. I'd be inclined to check-fold this. Or hope to get it to showdown really cheap. But I fold to any sign of strength.

    Check to induce a bluff and call anything.

    I'm definitely in the check camp; after that, I call relatively small bets but fold to large ones.

    this guy only has a PSB left, i'd probably be more inclined to call a big bet because a smaller bet might be trying to get value on his ace.

    This ^^^. He will more than likely bet if you check. Even if you call and he flips over an A, a Q or K may win the pot for you.
