Hand 1:
Just calling preflop seems fine although 3betting could be better against a straightforward fish who will call the 3bet with a wide range.
Obviously we don't like our hand much on the flop especially 4way, but I think you just have to bet/fold. IMO not a lot of villains are capable of c/r semibluffing and will be pretty straightforward.
As played calling the turn seems like the only option because I think its often a way ahead/way behind spot. The villain should be betting flop with 2pairs, sets, small flushes. So his turn bet is mostly nut hands or hands you beat that don't call a raise.
I don't think I could help myself to squeeze some value out on the river since if I were villain in this spot the last hand I would expect you to have is AK
Hand 2:
This flop raise is probably something I don't do enough. I like it because of the cbet sizing and the fact that its multiway. Cbetting that small is often a sign of a weak player who is telegraphing his hand way too much and its probably best to take your line and hope to get folds on the flop
