So I'm sitting in sb with 55 and 3,5 bbs. Opponent is shoving for 3rd time in 4 hands. I can't fold right? even though 55 against his likely shoving range is pretty much a coin toss.

I just checked this in Wiz. If the villain is pushing with +40% here (and assuming BB calls about 20%), you can call here. Most people aren't pushing 40% UTG if they have pushed the three previous hands. Even dumb opponents realise they need at least some paint in these spots, as they are likely to be looked up. I fold.
