Default Stars Turbo Takedown hand, line check

I play mostly SNGs and am trying to open up my game for MTTs. I still have a lot to learn.

Here is a hand from the turbo takedown on stars. Only a few hands into this table. Villian has not done anything yet. I probably should have just laid this down pre-flop, but I thought he might stack off if I hit. I always struggle with what these min-raises mean and gave him a range of something like:
    77+,ATs+,KJs+,QJs,JTs,AJo+,KQo.

As played he is c-betting here alot. Is the push okay?

All the stacks seem really shallow...... even your's is only 20bb's deep, a typical 're-steal-sized' stack.
I'm never flatting his EP raise here in MP2 with all of those short stacks behind me. Typically you'd see someone shoving here so you'd be tossing away chips here.
SC's are to be played when stacks are deep or at least fairly deep & you figure you're prob closing out the action (or maybe blinds in there but w position), where you're getting the implied odds to play them (in hopes of taking down a big pot).
To me a min-raise from EP on a table full of shortstacks & resteal-sized stacks looks more like a big pr. hoping that one of the SS shoves back on them.
With 15-22bb's (although this situation appears far from typical... I'm guessing due to its flat payout structure of top 33% getting paid and payouts being spread so thinly) I would typically be looking for spots where I can re-raise/shove ALLIln over what appears to be a LP steal, & where I figure I'll have some fe. I'm also going to tighten up my preflop raising hands, as I'm going to want to open with hands I'm prepared to go all the way with.
