Default 66 in the SB, facing button raise

This is a $100 freeroll regional donkament on FTP. 946 entries, 94 players left, average stack 15095.

Villain has been playing loose-aggro and has made several steals. He was on a hot rod, having recently lost his stack and recovered quite rapidly from 270 chips (!) with lots of lucky shots.

    Call? Re-raise? Shove?

I shove because he is loose aggro in other positions and now he is raising from the button where even tight players are aggressive. You shove so you don't have to see a flop with overs and be in a sticky situation. Reraising isn't the best choice because he will call cuz he is loose and will have some overs that could hit the flop. Shoving will give you the best fold equity and a nice pot as he raised 3 bb. You're in the sb, but don't worry about the bb waking up with something playable for 9k. That would just be unlucky as would the button actually having a dominating pair

OK, yes I would think so as well (that's what I did).

But I have another question though, let's say you have a read on the villain and his hand that says that:
    1) he will call your shove for sure (no fold equity), because he is not only loose-aggro, he is also a donk
    2) you are a 65-35 favorite against his hand

Do you do it or not?

This is a frequent situation, especially in donkaments where people call too loose. Lots of my MTT's seem to come down to these coin flips. I manage to maintain a decent stack until things accelerate (usually a bit after where the antes kick in) and I always have to get through one or two of these flips to make ITM. How do you guys deal with that?
