i personally have had alot of success at heads up games, being aggressive in the beginning. i find it easier to beat ur oppenent if he or she is down eairly. I would recommened to anyone new to poker to at least try this and see how it works for u. IMPORTANT to know im not saying go all in 0n 22 or j7 ext. but aq k10 q10 definantly raise. let me know how this works out for you

Pokerstars runs a Play money HU Tournament every morning 2048 player max. Its great practice. gives you the opportunity to use different stratagies and see what works for you and what does not. You win and play on. Granted its only Play money but if you utilize it as a practice tool. It could be highly useful. It has helped me refine and change my HU game
