Effective BB with Antes?

This is a question I've been wondering about for a while.

When the antes kick in, do I adjust the big blind amount to account for antes.
i.e. It is 120/240/25 at a 9-handed table
Then the starting pot is 585.
I divide that amount by 3 getting roughly 200
Then is the effective SB/BB 200/400?
Meaning if I have a 4000 chip stack, do I have 10BB? Or do I have a 17 BB stack (BB = 240)?

the semantics don't matter, but you should not play the same at 120/240 as you would at 120/240/25. You'll shove wider with antes.
