    Default $12 6max Bubble Play

    BTN: 34/4
    BB: 31/2
    Poker Stars $12+$1 No Limit Hold'em Tournament - t50/t100 Blinds - 3 players

    BTN: t2655
    Hero (SB): t2960
    BB: t3385

Pre Flop: (t150) Hero is SB with A 4
    BTN calls t100

    Hero?

What should I do in spots like these, with such marginal hands given that I'm no where close to being desperate?

Personally I just let it go with the limper in front. If you're going to raise, you need to raise to at least 350 and given opps' stats, they are likely to call. This will put you OOP with a pot that is around 850 on the flop so any c-bet is starting to get pretty expensive.

With 30x BB in your stacks there will be better spots than this.

A4o is such a bad implied odds hand that I would fold pre. remember that you're out of position and barely ahead of 65s.
Playing big pots at small stakes.

Repop/fold/ or call..... First question is what is your table image??

More than likely you get called on the repop by the button so I probably just bite the bullet and fold. The Blinds are still fairly small looks like you have close to 30 BB and IMO the players in these 6max tend to get there money in the middle quickly. So More than likely you play it smart and patient. Ge tyour money in Good and hope to not get sucked out on by a massive donk.... Hate when that happens
