I'd fold this pretty quickly....Unless he is terrible I don't see how UTG+1 can fold after putting 20% of his stack in and MP1 is never folding.

MP1 is 7/5 and 3betting, but not shoving, with 6 still to act. I don't think 99 is going to do well against his range. I would fold.

Relatively tight opp raised and very tight opp reraised - I think it is a clear fold even given your stack size, I would fold TT and probably JJ here is as well
