Looks good, now jam it in. He may be 'protecting' weaker Kx hands that he'll fold a decent amount (and vs which he have OK equity anyway) or something like 99 which he'll almost always fold.

bet/bet/bet is good too, depends on how often you think he'll bet/fold the turn.

c/c is OK i guess because we have such a big draw but we don't have good implied odds and we have lots of FE we are giving up so it's only a little better then c/f.
