Default calling ranges for shoves when heads up?

I play $5 and $10 SNG at PS. I do well and earn 6% roi. My Roi is going up. My sharkscope is 68 . over 850 games. I play 2 tables at a time.

I have problem I cant solve regarding all in raises and my calling ranges. I am running into players who begin to shove about 35 - 55% of hands when the get heads up. Usually I have a big chip lead when this happens. Say I have 10,000 chips and he has 3500 chips.
My thinking is as follows. I'm the best player. I will beat him if this game last longer. If I gamble I give him an edge or chance he does not otherwise have. The gamble is probably his best chance vs me so I should refuse to give into that temptation.
So what I have been doing is staying conservative. I call with A6+ any 2 face cards, all pairs. This however depends on the blinds and chip stacks. The lower the blinds are and the larger his stack is the tighter I am. So if the blinds are still very low, I'll probably only play AT or above and pairs 66 and above, (though 77 and above I'm more comfortable.)
When blinds get higher say 200/400 I loosen my calling range.

Ive also had the same thing happen when I am the short stack and the chip leader just shoves all over the place. I'd love some math or logic on the subject. Thanks

I would play some heads-up SnGs, so you get a feel for what hands you should be raising or calling with.

A chart you can use for pushing/calling ranges is:
    http://www.holdemresources.net/hr/sngs/hune.html

An explanation of how to use the chart, along with some other useful head-up stuff, can be found here:

Also, have a read of the heads-up forum of FTR.
