    That's some weird tourney, BTN started with 3420 chips? Hehe..
    Anyway I think you played it ok but personally I wouldn't check river because we're likely ahead of his flop and turn calling range (pair+fd maybe). Also checking looks kind of weak to me (missed draws etc.), so he might bluff at us. So imo bet three streets for value.

    I'd bet more on turn. Since
    1) we have a hand that is hard to lay down on river, and
    2) we don't really know what kind of a draw (if any) our opponent has,
    opponent has excellent implied odds. So in order to deny him correct odds our bet needs to be much bigger than usual.

    Checking river is fine, imo. He won't call with a worse hand very often, but he will sometimes bet with one.

    bet more on turn, Kx is calling 150 if it doesn't raise

    this is OK, more value from FDs, misses value from Kx probably
