Default FT 100 FO river shove time?

He is 14/11 60 hands, some hands from another tourney I guess. nothing exciting has happened at table, I have won a few small medium pots on flop/turn. I am running 24/14 over 30 hands.

He has a PSB behind on river.

Shove for sure, he shouldn't call unless he was slowplaying trips. 67s got there, easy for you to have trips, or a slowplayed set/AA and not that many hands for you to be bluffing with.
