Default TT flops an overpair, A on river ($27)

Stats had just come up and opp was showing 67/50 over the first few hands (very small sample size though). Your river move? Who fires again on the turn?

I'm inclined to fold this river. This often means I'm folding the best hand, but calling and losing kind of cripples us and I don't think shoving can be profitable either.
I would bet (or rather shove) turn almost always. Not only will overcards sometimes give opponent best hand, but they will also create good bluffing opportunity for him.

How do you handle preflop at this level? Would you have raised 99? 88? Would you have raised TT from MP?

As played I also folding river because:
    1) 67/50 villain is probably limping a lot of aces even in early pos
    2) This is a pretty standard fishy slowplay attempt for sets
    3) He might go for a checkraise with turned flushes

theres just not a lot you beat. A7 would never play this way I think so really you're just looking for bluffs from an aggro fish?
I would definitely bet turn 350ish. It looks strong so everything that beats us shoves and we get some folds from random stuff.

The reason I checked behind on the turn was to control the size of the pot, so if he made some tiny post oak-type bet on the river I could call. Also, once the third heart came in, I'm not really protecting my hand against draws any more (except for single hearts I guess).

Against a good opponent I check the turn and attempt to keep the pot small. Against this type of opponent I'd probably bet the turn, since I expect him to call everytime he is holding a H in his hand.

He'll will also check to you a number of times on the river when he actually makes a hand because he will mistakenly read your betting line as very strong. Add to this villain's rarely attempt to steal a pot in which Hero has double-barreled, but will frequently fire on the river once you check the turn.

I'm tempted to call here, but the call is very marginal and is a significant part of our stack, I'd probably just fold.

I think I bet the turn, as played I guess it is a fold

if he`s very aggro, he`ll be CRing most CRs so I`d probably bet-call the turn. But as played river is a fold i guess

I like pot control a lot of times but here this is a great set of cards for 10 10 (shame about the 9 being a heart obviously). And although the flush is out I'd still want to try and protect against any overcard.

I'd put in a decent bet on the turn and even if he calls there is a good chance of a check check river as you have shown strength all the way. Also if he has a low or mid heart you have good show down value should a heart come.

As played horrible river even from the point of view that's it's easy for him to represent if he is putting you on a pair / overpair.

Pretty easy fold but as mentioned you'll probably be folding the best hand a fair percentage of the time.

Easy fold I think; villains of this ilk are not inclined to believe you have anything on this flop. Fish are limp-calling all kinds of suited cards and Ax and if he doesn't put you on da AK after the turn check he likely has Aces up or flushes a large percentage of the time.
Playing big pots at small stakes.
