    Default I turn a set deep in a 3bet pot - 50nl rushaments

    - Rush, so reads are very weak.
    - Button was playing a 27.something stack for a while and has only one seat
    - No idea about BB, but I can´t remember playing him at regular 50nl 6max, so he´s likely not a (high volume-) regnit at these stakes.

    - PF is not great, but I guess I can turn a small profit, having a fairly weak range behind me and position on the strong range.
    - Flop spew y/n? I can safely fold to a raise, don´t think the BTN has much beside TT/33 anyway that would take on the K I´m repping and I put pressure on BBs QQ/JJ
    - Turn bet small to keep QQ/JJ chasing their gutter? Bet even smaller for that purpose? B/f vs b/c?
    - Snap off river, his line makes so little sense? What can he possibly value bet apart from QsJs/AsQs/(AsJs), what could be left that pulls off a desperate bluff?

Hmmm I'd probably just bet bigger on the turn. Most of his hands now have pairs+gutters. I might even ship this turn pretty often.

Flop seems bad, the idea of betting wouldn't even occur to me. I wouldn't fold river without reads but I don't exactly expect to be ahead very often.

    check flop..

im folding river pretty often in this spot if he bets bigger, I don't think they are ever bluffing with their muffins with a line like this.

But here its a lol-pot-odds call although not overly happy about it. edit: prolly still a fold actually
Nine to five is how to survive - I ain't trying to survive / I'm trying to live it to the limit and love it a lot //

Can offer RB deals on most sites, PM me.

You wouldn't believe the kind of hands unknowns show down at these stakes. It's a 3bet pot, we have a set, villain is repping the runner flush with a strange line. We need to be good 24%.

We certainly don't want to take this line with our hand if we are planning to fold on a spade river.

    P4s/Alexos: I dont get it.

Do you think we are strong enough to check this flop? I could be way off as usual, but doesn´t checking give him exactly the one-street-less poker he´s looking for when he checks here oop? Isn´t like one third of the deck making our hand a trivial fold vs any bet and even on a blank turn/river we still can´t confidently call big bets? Or does the presence of the button make this a check?

XTR, I think their point is that this is a bad flop to rep any kind of hand and most half-decent regs aren't giving up in this spot (if they had air they would simply b/fold it). This is usually something like JJ/QQ that is trying to get to showdown a bit cheaper but is never just c/folding here since you have very few Ks in your range. On the river I think he can show up with AA + random nl 50 stuff like AQ/AJ/AK enough that it's a call. We're obviously not thrilled about it though.
