would having i hud help my mtt results. is is worth downloading, i hardly ever play cash games

how many tables do you usually play? what is your level of experience? Stakes?

my level of play is nothing worth bragging about, i like to play $16.00 and under sngs. but every once in awhile i like to play the daily 80,000 on pstars.

I play 3-10$ MTTs frequently, (probably over-respecting BR management - this time around, anyway) having started using HUDs about a year ago now. Honestly, even at low/micro stakes, it is quite helpful, especially if you run multiple tables.

Given that you're playing 16$ SNG tourneys I would definitely recommend using a HUD. Try Poker Tracker 3 on a free trial (60 days - long enough to get a good feel for it) and see how you like it. I'd put money on you never looking back. The stats packages that come with it are fairly impressive as well.
