    Default QQ vs suspect guy

this guy is 49/9/.9 over 60 hands. his opr is pretty bad... way to many early exits.

there's no need to get it in pre given his small raise and then less than min re-raise right? is JJ doing this or AK? i obviously have odds to call for a set after his less than min 4 bet rr to me. his AF is .9 so his shove means over pair... i just don't know if he's bad enough to pull this stunt with TT, JJ, AK. my 3bet looks pretty strong i think. musta been AA or KK.... probably KK and he's scared of Ace so he shoves? i'm pretty deep stacked so this seems like a fold.... but he's just so bad. lol.

boring hand i guess... but any comments?

guys he's just looking to complain about taking coolers/beats

he'll continue to be the type of poker player we all love, the one that isn't any good but thinks he is, and slowly donates to the regulars.

Does AA KK shove and push away all bluffs?

    I don't think so.

    I believe he's bluffing you.

right... BUT thats how a good player thinks. this guy is bad and his aggression is so low i would think i have to give him credit for something no? he's not a 40/25/10 maniac. still... you could be right... i felt like a sissy folding.

I think as played it's OK, flatting pre is maybe better, need to think more.

ok. i RR cuz his R looks weakish.... he might flat with something and check fold and i win nice pot. but then when he 4bets i think his weak raise looks strong. that was my thinking. but maybe i got owned. can you elaborate on "you need to think more". i want to know what i might be missing. do u mean just thinking ahead more? if i 3bet he could A,B, or C then knowing what is +EV in those situations. that type of "think more"?

If your going to 3bet make a smaller one so he can call with more hands. I think its close to a flat call because of how loose/passive his stats are, but I think I like 3betting to ~2200 better. Randoms in a $3 MTT are going to make a lot of big mistakes postflop with AK-AQ, 88-JJ when you 3bet.

Once you get min4bet I guess I'd play it the same...I'm not really looking to get all 100BBs in pre vs this guy

I'm not saying that you made an incorrect move by any means. I'd play it the same way with such a limited history vs villain.

think more like, I DrMcBoy, need to think more. but sure, all that stuff sounded good!

I also thought at first the 3 bet was too large, but I think 49/9 is probably calling this size with the same hands given stacks, and I don't think we care about balance here.

@ Im_New, people do this with AA/KK all the time, I know because I always call using your logic. If you want to win vs me, just overbet the nuts. He can't think we'll bluff much when he 4 bet checks.

haha, I do the same thing. When players do this is, I wish i could throw my mouse right at their foreheads.

you either fold preflop or shove preflop, im dont encounter many players like this so im not an expert on what to do here but i lean towards folding pre.

i also think the 3bet is slightly too large.
