This hand is actually very well played for the most part as a bluff. Opp is unlikely to flat nut hands on the turn so his river range is not that strong to want to call a big bet. I'd bet more on the river, 11.50 or even overbet.

However, I think the turn raise which is key to this bluff is probably bad. If he's passive he is probably not leading out here with a thin range. He also is straightforward and likely not c/r his super nut hands here on the turn. If he led the turn thin and was check raising his nut hands than I think this would be very good.
