						trying to figure this out, villains' preflop calling range will be much wider than usual because of how deep we are. i think AA will 4bet this pre a lot more frequently than flat.
 the way villain plays this seems like he only gets value from Kd if he has Ad unless he has a str8 flush and plays it this way to only get value from Ad or sometimes Kd.
