Gee .... I'd would be a little worried that he only raises 13% of hands. It looks like he loves to limp, but he doesn't actually raise all that often.

Assuming he shoves top 10% here, you would be around 57.5% and ok to make the call. Even against top 8% (88+,ATs+,KTs+,QJs,AJo+) we still expect to win 55%.

IMO I think he pitches up with a range that includes more PPs and weaker aces, maybe something like 22+,A5s+,KTs+,QJs,A7o+,KQo, and that puts you at 59%.

Looks like a go to me.

i agree with nakamura's range, but its unlikely that he shoves QQ+, which improves your equity a bit, i call
