$11 1r1a: River decision with KJ vs fish

Limper is playing 35/12 through 60 hands. My note says he called a UTG raise with T8o in BB (it was probably in ante stages facing 2.5x raise). This was tough because I'm not sure what to expect when the board is this weird. Here's some things that seem important:

- How often a fish thinks KQ is the nuts
- How often a fish would play 22-99 like this

I think he probably knows KQ can only beat air. If he never bluffed before, I'd fold. I was wondering why you chose the c/c line on the turn.

good price & I'm curious. 35/12 is laggy enough that I think he can be making a play here, in addition to betting a chop.
