Default This is a set a TON, right?

No real reads on villain, he's 19/16 over a pretty decent sample, we seem to have stayed out of each other's way so far.

    Preflop: Std

Flop: I don't wanna ship over the c/r since his range is likely very polarised here, he probably doesn't raise AK all the time. I want to allow him to bluff.

Turn: Getting an okay price here, I planned to call again and fold to a river shove since I think most will give up on a bluff there because my hand looks so so much like what it is after I call the turn and he shouldn't expect me to fold it.

River: This is as good as a shove here I think. Just can't put enough stuff that isn't a set in his range.

    Thoughts?

If I know nothing more about villain I fold turn more than I call turn+river. Against an unknown I would not call turn and fold river.

I am either folding turn or calling down. Never raising the flop. I am folding the turn more often than calling coz there are no draws that he could be barreling in this spot. As played i would call. Getting a pretty sweet price on it.

One thing that would really influence my decision in this particular spot is his river bet size. Ive played at 50nl a ton, and still play it a fair bit, and i have noticed that in triple barrel spots when ppl leave a really shitty amount behind, it is often a bluff. Don't know whether other ppl have come across this, or its some freaky coincidence that i have run into, but ive made a coupla calls in these spots based on this and they have been right more than they have been wrong.

Yeah I've notcied this aswell, it's just such a bad spot for him to bluff the river, because at 50NL noone folds AK here, and he'll know this.

I agree calling turn to fold river looks a bit silly, but at the time i felt like there was at least some differecne between his range for betting the turn and his range for continuing on the river. Hpwever, I think very often, people will give up on a bluff after you call the flop because your hand looks like what it is, so I think I like just folding the turn.

That was a perfect flop to check with your hand. TPTK with no draws. A check would have been good for your image and set up being unpredictable. That being said, he probably has you in the hand, unless he is a maniac who likes to go down with KQ. BTW, if you really think he had a set after betting the turn, you are drawing dead so there is no reason to call.

    checking flop would be bad.

Being UTG and him oop I´m in the fold turn often-camp.

you gotta stop advocating to people to check flops back with their huge hands. It's a pretty big mistake to check back this flop (other than sparingly for balance), and is pretty results oriented thinking its a good play after we knowingly got raised. Not to mention the fact that to any decent player, checking this flop looks more like a made hand/TT-QQ or something and NOT air. Whereas cbetting this flop has a lot more air in it.

I think this is fold on the turn

    - after we called flop raise our range is pretty narrow. This board is dry and villain doesn´t seem crazy - I think this is value bet almost always.....and especially if you have no read

I don't see how you can play this any differently beside possibly folding the turn (or even the flop) if yuo had a better feel for this guys game.

The non-shove on the river makes me feel more like calling though.
