Default 50NL, JJ(3bet pot) on monotone flop vs a fish

fish is 41/23/0.9 with 41% ATS%. He called lots of 3 bet with weak range and didnt fold much in general. Should i just shove on the turn or bet something like half pot?

If you shove - it is pretty much a psb. So shove.

I think i'd probably bet more on the flop and call it off. As played on the turn I'd rather c/f or c/c than shove.
