Default End of a SnG has huge implied odds am I right?

I've been lurking for a bit, but now I'm on Stars and can easily get my hand histories (pokerroom's tournament reports are farked). This is the end of a $5 SnG I played the other day... Let me know if you like this play or not. I figure if I can hit any of the 6 cards that help me, I win the thing right there. I also figured that my opponent put me on Ax, which he would have dominated until the river, and then of course you call the push on the river because it's a split, right? If he reraises me harder, I'm obviously folding before the river.

Um, no HH attached? If you have trouble posting the converted history then just post it raw (I think you can't post links until you have 10 posts).
