Default 50nl tptk vs straighforward 2barreler

seems pretty standard to me but i think i need reassuring of this in case i'm missing something and being exploited through aggression by nits . villain is 11/8 over 500+ sample. cbets flops 66%, turn aggression frequency is only 14%. i cant see him going to two streets with AJ here or turning KK into a bluff. standard fold?

I don't hate 3bet/folding preflop and as played yeah folding turn is ok

I also like a squeeze here.

This is a good spot for a squeeze. Obv fold if UTG+1 4B's

    As played flop is good

    As played fold turn

wouldn't squeezing essentially assure that i play against his range 65/35 underdog at best? i mean he's pretty straighforward/nitty, and he's opening uTG+1 at a full ring table. 3betting just seems to bloat the pot in which he has an equity advantage, and the times i outflop him on a Kxx or Axx, i probably dont get a street of value out of him. he probably does fold some of his opening range, but it's probably only AQ,77-99 if he's even opening that wide UTG+1.

can someone explain the idea behind advocating 3betting this guy preflop?

An important stat to look up here is the % of hands he is opening from EP. Just b/c he is 11/8 doesn't mean his PFR's are equally distributed among various positions.

The idea behind 3B'ing here is that he will be forced to put in more money with AA-KK due to the cold caller behind him, and should he flat our 3Bet we have significantly narrowed his range which should make playing flops in position a lot easier. If he 4B's us it is safe to say his range is prob QQ+ AK minimum which in turn means shoving or calling is not optimal. Squeezing here also has the huge added benefit of picking up the dead money when both players fold which happens a decent amount of the time.
