Thanks, I figured it was pretty straight forward, I just wanted to make sure there was no other way to be playing this. my take was that putting in any amount of money here gives me -eV since i won't cont. bet on the flop and will only hit 1/3 flops, so this is my best +eV plus the steal % is huge here.

no other way to play it... worrying about this proves you're missing tons of spots.

Thanks for the concern guys, I haven't talked about my hands in a while here. This is showing my concern in general i suppose, perhaps a mental lapse more than anything. I try to have position when I shove, that's about it sub 5-7bb, 7-12bb i look for cards (or position w/ a nit in the blinds). I tend not to do much other than preflop with 12 or less bb unless I have a premium hand (AA, KK) or get to hit a decent hand from late position or the blinds. These are just rough cutoffs. I suppose this is a separate question, but should I be adjusting these ranges (bb wise) my range for 7-12bb is pretty tight, it loosens a lot 5-7bb, and obviously varies depending on my opponents and table image(when i have one).

Part of this depends on the tournament, I'd say. In a 45-man, I don't need to be a push monkey with 12bbs, but it can't be that wrong. In a large field tournament, I treat 12bbs basically the same way I treat 10bbs. That only changes when I get to around 3-5 bbs after a badbeat or cooler (fairly common nowadays
