    Default AK, bad board ($27)

    This is second hand, so no reads. Maybe I should have 3-bet the first time around, but I'm in position. Anyway, as played, what's your turn move?

    The hands AK is beating/tieing that the villain might raise are AK, AQ (Protection) and combo draws: KsJs, QsJs maybe KsTs, QsTs. If I am right, AK is not looking too healthy:

    Board: 2c Th Js As

    equity win tie pots won pots tied
    Hand 0: 31.529% 25.69% 05.84% 667 151.50 { AdKd }
    Hand 1: 68.471% 62.63% 05.84% 1626 151.50 { JJ-TT, 22, ATs+, KQs, KsJs, KsTs, QsJs, QsTs, JTs, 9s8s, ATo+, KQo, JTo }

    I don't play these stakes, so I don't know though. The SB's play looks really weird. It looks like he's playing it to keep everyone in the pot pre and on the flop. Makes it difficult for everyone else, especially on that board.

    I'm not too worried about the SB, since his min PF 3-bet size is pretty bad. It looks like he just can't release control of the hand . It doesn't seem logical that MP1 is making a move here, since an A would probably be the worst card to do this with (given the SB's range incl a lot of Ax hands, which he is probably never folding).

    The problem with MP1's reraise is he has just made two pair if he was limping a decent A such as AJ or AT. AQ is a possibility, and we obviously split with AK. Sets and good draws are obviously in his range too, but it looks like a spot to lay down to me.

    i don't play 27's but i think it being a higher buyin makes this an easier fold (although I'm folding this almost every time regardless), your really not beating much here when he re raises, AQ is the only one i can think of, maybe a draw?

    I'm not worried about SB's range; I think MP has Aces up or broadway a lot here.
    Playing big pots at small stakes.

    I really do not like the preflop play here, I think you should have reraised MP's raise.
    SB's line is very weird throwing in a very small raise with a limp,raise call in front, dont really know what to make of it

    Given the way the hand has been played so far I would fold on the turn, it is very likely someone has AJ/AT/KQ/TT/JJ and you cant rule out badly played AA from the SB

    Agree with TLR. Preflop seems weak to me. I know that we don't want to overplay AK preflop in STTs, but I think that you need to thin the field a little. 3bet MP1.

    As played, the turn hits a lot of hands, I'm letting it go.
