AK with a shortish stack

Default AK with a shortish stack

MP2 is running at 40/5 over the 20 hands dealt so far in this SNG. Not really noticed anything about his post flop play.

Pre flop, I thought that my stack was a bit too big to shove, so I 3Bet, with the intention of shoving any flop. Is this the optimal play in this spot?

looks fine, 3 bet just a taste smaller so the flop shove has more meat

Other option, which may not be the optimal choice (but probably wouldn't be too far off with your stack size) would be to just shove preflop. With 270 chips in the pot preflop you don't really mind even if all of them fold (although getting called with something that you beat is obviously better).
