Default KQ fold to 9BB shove

Short stack is shoving and I choose to fold with KQs, because there are 5 yet to act and KQs is not so strong in this situation.

Is it correct? If I was to complete the action, would it be correct to call?

Seems fine to me - as you said, the main reason to fold is all the players still to act rather than because I'm worried about not being ahead of UTG+1's range.

If you were to play this, you have to reshove it rather than call as you will fold out a bunch of hands you beat if you reshove, and to cold call 20% of your stack then fold to a reshove would be really bad.

Yes you are right I meant calling if was heads up with him, if I was the last to act. I have stopped doing stupid things like calling with a big chunk of my stack and letting others join too, then folding to a shove.

Oh, if you were in the BB and everybody had folded I would be very tempted to call (and probably would) since your hand would most likely fare OK against his likely range considering the pot odds on offer.
