well, AK here is the bottom of his likely range. I'm not as worried about the flying call on the flop as the pre-flop play..
blinds are 40, you 3 bet in mid position, not necessarily horrible, but I'd expect a more selective range here. Also with the 3bet you are looking for 33% eV, but I'd say you need more than this, since some of the hands you're winning you'd fold (ie, a flop of Q94). so I would eliminate playing a hand like that early in a tournament if at all possible. If you want to play hands like this, I'd wait for suited connectors in mid-late position, or with a few limpers.. They won't expect JTs any more than J9o but you have considerably better odds versus their range.
Even with JTs here, I would say fold to the 3 bet preflop. You hit the hand, An overpair is not likely going to raise so vigorously here, so I don't hate the call.. but a weaker player might make this bet with flopped trips if he got excited.. it really depends if you have seen him do this, or if you have reason to believe he's tilting, bets more than seems feasible on the flop, etc.. It also depends on his reads on you, I'd say here I would fold, even if we assume you have him beat 60% of the time, the other 40% you go (nearly) broke, and even if this falls in the 60%, this double-up doesn't help you nearly as much towards winning as you stand to lose.
Overall though, I think your early tournament play needs to be re-vamped entirely. This type of play, especially early won't win you money in the long run. It kills your stack, and eventually will get you knocked out more often than it helps you. Early, consider the stack a gift, blinds do very little, taking them does very little, but if you get a good hand, you can double up, and go in with better odds than your opponent. Though this means you CAN play a wider range of hands early, that doesn't mean you should. It makes some drawing hands (JTs is the example I've been using) more valuable, but if you're drawing, you want to get in cheap, and with more opponents. What makes a drawing hand strong is flushes and straights (occasionally 2 pair, etc) not with top pair, as you will frequently be outkicked.

I hope this helps
