Default Poker Tournament Formula (Vol. 1) preflop question

Let's say I'm playing in the early stages of a medium-fast 45-player SnG on Pokerstars. Let's also say that I have 70 BB in my stack and I'm in a hand holding Queen-Ten offsuit. Suppose UTG folds, UTG+1 limps, and it's folded to me in the CO position. If I'm trying to play the PTF1 strategy, do I fold, limp or raise here? Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me with this situation.

What is the PTF formula again? In any case, I would probably just let this go, there will be better spots in the future.

the DrM formula say raise and if some other formula says limp toss it out, folding is fine.

Thanks guys. "PTF" is an abbreviation for a book called The Poker Tournament Formula by Arnold Snyder. Snyder struck me as being ambiguous about how to play this hand against a limper. Raising seems to make the most sense. My general approach is, "if it's not good enough to raise with, then it's not good enough to play at all." (There are exceptions, of course. If I'm on the button with 9-8 suited and there are three limpers in front of me, I'm going to just limp in.)

i misread OP and thought we were open limping, I still like raise or fold but I'd probably fold more often.

Yeah I agree, if it was open folded to us I would probably raise it up, because with 70x BB stacks I rate myself to play better postflop than most SNG donks.
